| Security: | The race does not provide overnight security. Items left overnight are solely the responsibility of the vendor. |
| Giveaways/Food: | No merchandise or food handouts are allowed unless approved by race management. |

To secure a booth please at The Boilermaker Expo, return the application form with a check made payable to The Boilermaker Expo, no later than May 1, 2012. Space will be allocated on a “first come-first serve” basis. Booth payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note – all vehicular traffic will be prohibited on the Expo grounds during Expo hours. Law enforcement will be ensuring that this rule is followed.
