Boilermaker 2021 Important Information

New Date! Sunday, October 10, 2021

In order to give the Boilermaker the best possible opportunity to be held in-person and safely in 2021, the 15K & 5K races have been moved to Sunday, October 10th, 2021.

Due to the breadth of the unknowns going forward, the traditional registration periods, our race caps and information regarding the host of other events both within the races and surrounding Boilermaker Weekend will remain on hold until such time when there is clarity relating to the aforementioned guidelines and regulations surrounding the COVID-19 situation.

The Boilermaker urges all of its participants to check this website and their emails regularly and to pay close attention to social and traditional media communications to ensure that they are aware of future announcements.

In order to give the Boilermaker the best chance of being held in-person on 10/10/21, we urge everyone to continue to wash their hands, stay socially distanced, wear a face covering when appropriate and get vaccinated when they become available.

  3. I chose to rollover my 2020 registration fee for 2021, but I am unsure if I am willing or able to participate on 10/10/21. Am I able to obtain a refund?

No. As we noted when you selected to rollover, normal refund rules would apply going forward.

  4. When can we expect to know more about the 2021 Boilermaker?

The best answer we can give you right now is, we do not know.

Given the normal size of our event, the current situation on the ground with COVID-19, and the unknowns surrounding the widespread availability of the vaccines, we are more subject to governmental regulations than normal.

We can share that our local and state officials are as eager as we all are to be in a position to hold the Boilermaker in 2021. As soon as we have clarity, we will begin the process of communicating the situation to all!
