Charity Bib Program

The Boilermaker’s mission is to change people’s lives in a positive way through health and movement. We hope to inspire the community to join us in this mission, and the Charity Bib Program plays a vital role.

The Charity Bib program provides a limited number of bibs for the 5K & 15K, at no cost, to several selected local nonprofit organizations to use as fundraising incentives. Each organization is then able to find participants who each commit to raising a minimum of $500 in order to receive one of their allotted bibs.

All money raised and collected by each organization is used to support their individual missions. Since its inception, this program has raised nearly $800,000 for our respective Charity Bib partners.

How It Works

If you want to run for one of our Charity partners:

2026 Partners will be announced in late December. After that point, you may apply to run for a Charity Bib Partner by contacting us and choosing “Charity Bib” from the dropdown menu.

If you want to support one of our Charity partners:

Make a donation to support the runner or charity of your choice!

If your organization would like to be a Boilermaker Charity Bib Partner:

Application to become a Charity Bib Partner are now closed for 2026. If you’d like to be notified when the 2027 application is available, please contact us and choose “Charity Bib” from the dropdown menu.
