The Health & Wellness Expo presented by MVHS, located at Mohawk Valley Community College’s (MVCC) Utica Campus, is where all runners pick up their race packets. This healthy lifestyle event offers something for everyone including race merchandise, interactive booths, and more!

If you need to pick up your race packet, want to learn more about the Boilermaker, or are looking for something fun to do with your family, come to the Expo!

Packet Pickup

Packet pick-up takes place at Mohawk Valley Community College located at 1101 Sherman Drive.

To pick up your race packet for the 15K presented by Excellus BlueCross BlueShield or the 5K presented by Utica National, you must have your confirmation email and a photo I.D.

Applications to exhibit at the Expo are available now. If you’re interested in sharing your products, services, employment opportunities, or mission with thousands of runners and their families and friends, please complete an application here. Early Bird pricing is available through March 31, 2025.
