The Health & Wellness Expo presented by MVHS, located at Mohawk Valley Community College’s (MVCC) Utica Campus, is where all runners pick up their race packets. This healthy lifestyle event offers something for everyone including race merchandise, interactive booths, and more!

If you need to pick up your race packet, want to learn more about the Boilermaker, or are looking for something fun to do with your family, come to the Expo!

Packet Pickup

Packet pick-up takes place at Mohawk Valley Community College located at 1101 Sherman Drive.

To pick up your race packet for the 15K presented by Excellus BlueCross BlueShield or the 5K presented by Utica National, you must have your confirmation email and a photo I.D.

Expo FAQ

Can someone else pick up my Boilermaker bib number?

Yes. Someone else may pick up your bib number, but they must present a note from you authorizing them to do so, a copy of your confirmation email, or a copy of your government-issued photo ID (license, passport, etc.).
