Access Program

Launched in 2022, the Access Program strives to improve access to the Boilermaker’s namesake second-weekend-in-July events by reducing financial barriers. We strongly believe that running and road racing can change lives and no one should be excluded.

The program provides a select number of runners facing financial hardship with complimentary entry into any event, including the world-renowned 15K and 5K road races, in addition to footwear and training assistance, through a partnership with The Sneaker Store.

Applications for the Access Program are now closed for 2026. If you’d like to be notified when the 2027 application is available, please email us at community@boilermaker.com.
