Boilermaker Expands M&T Seminar Series

June 11, 2013 (Utica, NY) - The Boilermaker announced an expanded new lineup of seminars to be conducted at this year's Boilermaker Expo. Subjects such as Common Running Food Injuries, Proper Use of energy products, and benefits of ice therapy are a faction of classes to be held this year.
Weather permitting; the majority of the seminars will take place in a tent near the Jorgenson Field House.
"I want to specially thank Rich Karaz from The Sneaker Store for helping round up a top flight group of athletic educators" said Tim Reed President of the Boilermaker Road Race. "A smarter runner will tend to be a healthier runner."
The American Heart Association will again be teaching hands-free CPR in a classroom in the Jorgenson Field House. In addition, Yoga classes will take place both Friday and Saturday.
The traditional Runner's Forum will take place at 3:00 on Saturday.
Robert Channing, the illusionist will perform in the theater on Saturday shortly after the Utica National Kid's Run.
In all there will be twenty one separate seminars over the course of the Expo.
