Race Reveals Registration/Cap Numbers for 2014 Boilermaker

Nov. 20, 2013 (Utica, N.Y.)- Officials with the Boilermaker Road Race announced the date of the opening of signups for the 2014 Boilermaker. On-line registration will open on Saturday, March 22nd at noon (EST). 'We felt that pushing registration closer to race day would give our participants a better chance to both know where they are in their training and have a better idea of their social obligations' said Jim Stasaitis, Boilermaker Race Director.
Race cap numbers will remain the same as established in 2013: 14,000 for the 15k, 4,500 for the 5k and 1,000 for the 3 Mile Walk.
In 2013, Boilermaker 15k sold out in three days; the 5k closed out in four days.
