Via @Boilermaker15K and #boilermaker15kATE, Colleen asked:

Q: I've been running/racing for 10yrs. My resting heart rate is 45. I know runners have low heart rates but is this normal?

A: "Hi Colleen! If we can assume you have been running religiously and asymptomatically for 10 years it is likely that your RHR is a reflection of your excellent cardiovascular health. However, a simple cardiology consult can rule out any type of bradycardia condition." --Dr. Joe
