15K Road Race
The Boilermaker 15K is the premier event of Boilermaker Weekend. This world-renowned race is often referred to as the country’s best 15K. The Boilermaker 15K is recognized for its entertaining yet challenging course and racing's best post-race party, hosted by the Matt Brewing Company, featuring Saranac beer and a live concert!
With 3 ice and water stops every mile, strong attention to medical detail, and crowd support like no other race, the Boilermaker 15K is an event worth training for.

* For those traveling from out of town, there will be packet pick-up available the day of the race from 6 to 7 a.m. at the start-line. Due to the excessive amount of runners, we urge those picking up on race day to arrive as soon as possible. |

The course is 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) USATF recertified in 2012. The course is marked in kilometers and miles with over twenty official water and aid stations. Streets are closed to traffic for 2 hours and splits are given every mile and at 5K and 10K markers. Click Here For More Course Details |
Pre-Race |
Free shuttle bus service is available from the finish line area to the 15K start. The shuttle buses pick-ups are located:
* Buses begin running at 6:00am and stop running to the starting line at 7:00am. Please arrive early. |
Post Race |
Free shuttle bus service is available after the race. These buses take 15K runners back to the 15K starting line area from the Post Race Party. The shuttle bus pick up is located on Whitesboro Street at the rear of the Post Race Party. Buses will run until 1:00pm. |
Safety: |
The course is restricted to registered athletes and official race personnel. Walkers, dogs, skateboards, in-line skates, roller skates, bicycles, and baby joggers/strollers are prohibited. We strongly discourage the use of headphones. |
